Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Circular Economy

At Hifas Vet we believe in the importance of contributing to the construction of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future
That’s why we’ve adopted circular economy principles as an integral part of our business strategy. In a world where natural resources are limited, we recognize the need to break with the linear model of production and consumption
Instead, we embrace the circular economy, an innovative approach that seeks to close material and energy cycles, promoting reuse, recycling, and regeneration
Key points of our commitment
- Recovery of neighbourhood forests
- Use of crop residues as organic matter -> composting
- Use of renewable energy
- Paper & Cardboard Recycling
- Waste ‘0’, Zero Waste

OBJECTIVE 5.4.
Recognize and value unpaid care and domestic work through public services, infrastructure and social protection policies, and by promoting shared responsibility in the household and family, as appropriate in each country

Environment

We are committed to the environment and sustainability
All our products come from raw materials of 100% natural origin, in addition to dispensing with plastic packaging
Our research projects were born with the aim of improving the world which we live in.
An example is the patent entitled “Fungus-based complementary food for bees and its use”, a complementary food for bees with active ingredients of fungal origin, with immunomodulatory activity, which helps in the reduction of stress of these insects, prevention of parasites and diseases and in the increase in reproduction.
